Celebrity Grandparent Names

Celebrity Grandparent Names

If you thought celebrity baby names were unique, allow us to introduce you to celebrity grandparent names. These are the names that stars' go by with their grandchildren, and they range from Granny to Gogo to Boom Boom.

Until recently, there were relatively few grandparent names to choose from. Grandma names included Nana, Granny, Grammy — maybe Bubbe or Abuela — and of course, Grandma. Grandpa names included options like Papa, Pops, Poppy, and any variation of the word "grandpa."

Modern grandparent names are more creative, and these days many grandparents are choosing the names they want to be called by their grandchildren — although they don't always adhere to the plan (even for celebrities).
