We are thinking of using this as a middle name for our little girl. We are thinking Ashton Bee. (Ashie for short). I think it's so pretty!

NykkiJo Says:

Bea sounds very old, and Bee sounds difficult to mature with or put on a resume. As a middle, it might go well enough with other cutesy single-syllable Southern names. Amanda Jo, Savannah May, Emma Lou, Harper Jean, Riley Bee...

Such a sweet meaning!

Leagues better than Bea, which is still firmly in the realm of elderly ladies in my mind. It's very cute and unique as a nickname!

Hylian Wizard Says:

Could make a pretty middle name or cute nickname for some of the names I like: Belinda, Bianca and Beatrice to name a few!

Cute nickname!

I disagree with the description; I personally dislike nicknames as middles, and while I agree that this oughtn't go on the birth certicificate, I think it's much better as a nickname for a first than as a middle. I prefer the Bea spelling, though.
