Lynn is my beautiful mother’s name. She always thought it’d be better as a middle name (even went by “Lyndsay” for a period in her 20’s because she wished it was a flashier name), but I think it’s a beautiful, simple, & timeless first name too.

I know it’s an overused middle name, but I am my mother’s only child so I will use it as my future daughter’s middle name in honor of my mom.

I love Lynn or Lynne. Lyn seems more like a nickname, but it's okay as a full name.

An alright name but I absolutely hate it used as a middle name. Lynn is SUCH an overused, filler name.

I like the less-overly-used spelling, Lihn and Linh better. I just like h's a lot.

My mom's middle name, my middle name, & some day will be my daughters middle name. True classic!

Lynn sounds like a name you can't really go wrong with. Despite it being unisex on Nameberry, I can only see it on a girl because it's rather feminine yet short and international.

I knew a Lynn growing up. I really have started to like this name and it's the only one that goes well with Marian in the middle.

I like the name Lynn. It's cute, but isn't too cute that the person with it will get embarrassed when they are older.

This is my moms name and she's always liked it. Her dad named her after a male relative I believe. I also have an aunt Lynne on my step dads side (her first name was Rowena but got teased and hated her name so she started going by her middle name Lynne in elementary) I prefer Lynn because the e at the end feels so unnecessary. I may just be biased though.
