I know lots of Otavias and Otavios, all of them the first or second child born. Hahahaha.

I love this as a replacement for Octavia, which I adore but can't imagine using on a child that isn't number 8 (and I don't plan on having 8 children!). I know Ottavia also means "eight," but it's a bit less obvious so I can get past it. I think I might prefer this spelled Otavia, though pronunciation may get confused.
