I have a close friend named Brighton! I love the name. I think it sounds cheerful and unique. I think of Brighton beach in New York.

Love it. It sounds very light, positive and happy. First heard it from a little girl who used to be on The Walking Dead, Brighton Sharbino. She also has an older sister named Saxon, so go figure.

I think it works for boys and girls, but personally I think it's better on a girl.
