I only recently came across Posey, but it is a favourite name on a whole as well as being one of my favourite flowers names. Posey isn't not heard of but it is more original and your daughter will probably the only Posey compared to all the girls called Lily and Daisy ect. However it is spelt Posey is a pretty name with a nice meaning to match.

It's a beautiful name, it's my favourite nn for Primrose and Josephine. I think it will also become more popular as a stand alone name whether it's spelled Posey/Posy/Posie.

Too saccharine sweet for me.

It's not fashionable in England. It's not in the top 1000 for girls nor has it been for the last 19 years at least. I think you've confused it with Poppy, which was #10 back in 2015. That aside, I dislike it. It's not a particularly terrible choice - especially given its resemblence to the beautiful Rosie - but it seems rather reminiscent of the word 'poser', to me at least.

I named my little girl Posey. It was my grandmother's maiden name. It suits her perfectly. She is a beautiful, girly girl.

I think this name is super cute. No one would let me name a child this. My mom laughed at me when I told her I really like this name, as did my man.

I used to like this name but then one of my friends started singing 'ring-a-round the rosie pocketful of posies' so yeah now I can't stop thinking about that every time I see this name. I still kind of like it though
