It really means premature baby - I don't know what's the problem with that Cecil means blind after all - not the best of names, doesn't posses the melody people seek but she was the best of women. Even Aisha, the epitome of jealousy, will admit Prophet talked about Lady Khadija (ra) like she was the only woman in the earth, remembering the way she talked and acted.
