Sweet names with vintage charm are popular in the nation's capital, where Eloise, Hazel, Daphne are popular choices for girls, and Hugo, August, Jude, and Wesley rank in the Top 10 for boys.

Washington, DC has a lot in common with New York City baby names, where Maeve, Lucy, Daphne, and Elodie crossover for girls, while for boys, the Top 10 resembles San Francisco where Felix, Hugo, August, and Silas also rank.
