I would pronounce this KEER-ree-el. At least in the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer, the first syllable of "Kyrie" is pronounced as KEER.

One of my favorite girls names! I LOVE the beautiful poetic meaning behind it and it even has a subtle, spiritual meaning to it - which is a plus for me. The ONLY reason why my husband hesitates to use it for our baby girl is because the nickname would be Kyrie - and he doesn't necessarily want to think of the famous basketball player every time he uses her name. Even though we would pronounce it Kee-ree, instead of Kai-ree.
