Cevyn

Given to 18 boys and 20 girls in 2023, this spiky looking name could be a new way to spell mid-century favorite Kevin, or a less wordy looking take on Seven.

Cevyn is also given to girls, where it ranks #5959 in the US.

Pronounced SEV-in.

As of October 2026, Cevyn ranked #5959 for girls and #5901 for boys in US births in 2025 SSA, peaked at #5279 for boys in 2023.
