I only like the sound of this name as "Leo" for boys. Clio, Cleo, or Lilo are nicer alternatives for girls. Plus, the spelling of Llio reminds me of Lloyd, which definitely only suits the male crew.

Good to know-- I've never actually heard the Welsh double L spoken, but read about it on different name websites a fair bit. Each one writes it differently.

It would be closer to Chl-ee-o. It's really hard to phonetically write the double Ll sound but it's kind of a hard C with a bit of a hiss.
