Very pretty name, with a light, crisp, sharp and elegant ballerina feel to me. My doubts about using Irina for an actual baby would be that it maybe hasn't crossed into the universal naming stage yet (like how Kevin isn't only just for people with Irish background anymore), and might be weird on a girl with non-Russian heritage?
