This is my son's name and we love it. Personally, it doesn't bother us whether it's pronounced "Gram" or "Gray-um", but we do get a lot of "Gram-ee" when being called from waiting rooms in doctor's offices.

Usually in Canada it is pronounced Graym, with a slight emphasis on an 'em' ending. Graeme. I'd say Graham like gram.

As you can probably tell, I'm a fan. LOL! :) But really, his cochlear implant invention/help with inventing it was wonderful, because now I can HEAR!
