Yuma Says:

When I picture a girl named Cerelia, I imagine a tall, blue-eyed young woman with wavy flaxen hair, dressed in an elaborate medieval gown of sapphire blue velvet and silk covered with intricate gold embroidery; she is very intellectual, and loves animals. All who know her admire her for her wisdom.

It does sound like cereal a bit, but my first association was the word cerebral.

I too think that it is very pretty. The only two downsides are its similarity to to both cereal and surreal, so it can sound like an elaboration of surreal ('Surrealia man! That's just so surreal.').
