The Best Baby Name Advice in the World
Why go it alone or hire a random TikToker when you can book the world's leading experts to help you find the perfect baby name?
Name Consultations
Name consultations can be booked with or without a curated list of name recommendations.
Consultations can cover any topic, from refining a list of names to choosing between two options to overcoming name regret. Maybe you want your name consultant to help focus your name search or resolve a naming dispute.
If you're looking for advice plus name ideas, you can save by booking a consultation and curated name list together. You'll fill out a detailed questionnaire and we'll confer for half an hour on your name style and preferences. Then our experts will generate a carefully-curated list of ten names* for your consideration. Next we'll meet for another half hour to go over the options, talk middle names, explore alternatives, answer questions.
And you can add extra hours to an existing consultation at a reduced rate, or *add more names to your list, see below.
Prices:
Name consultation with curated list of ten names: $279
Name consultation only: $149
Additional Consulting Hours
Additional hours can be added to any consulting order at a reduced price of $95 an hour.
Curated Name Lists
Tell us what you're looking for in a name, which names you like but won't be using, and which names are off the table, and we'll curate a list of ten name ideas for your consideration, with our reasons for each choice.
Note that this option includes a questionnaire on name preferences and a personalized list of names, but does not include a meeting or consultation. Consultations may be booked separately, or book a consultation and personalized list together and save.
Add extra names to an existing order in tranches of ten at a reduced rate.
Curated Name List, $149 for first ten names
More Name Ideas $95 per ten
How Name Consulting Works
After you place your order, you will receive a link to an online questionnaire that will help us to get to know you and what you're looking for in a name. If your package includes a consultation, you'll also find a calendar to schedule your session with our name experts.
If you have further questions on how name consulting works and which package might be right for you, please email Nameberry editor-in-chief Sophie Kihm at sophie@nameberry.com.
