I'm sorry but the meaning of this name isn't wisdom, it's 'to brandish/ to wield a weapon', derived from the element pallô. Just because its an epithet of the wisdom goddess doesn't mean it means wisdom. Athena was also the goddess of war. It's also a unisex name.
