I seriously doubt this is a Russian name - never heard it, and the word itself, assuming they mean 'душа', means spirit/soul. Sounds more Baltic to me.

who made up this 'name' has no idea about russian naming customs and probably, language too. Душа 'duscha' means 'soul' in russian and never used as a name. it's just a word.
