I agree with Virginie. If the kid is in a french speaking country it will sound awful and he will get teased to no end. Names of fruits are popular nowadays in France especially for girls (Cerise (cherry), Myrtille (blueberry) etc.) but Citron, for boys sounds horrible as a first name.
