We drive through Bexley every year. The nicest part is the ice cream (we purposefully stop for Graeter’s since that was our favorite ice cream place when we lived in Ohio about 15 years ago) but other than that, the people are kinda unfriendly and the streets are so crowded.

Is that what's behind it? I was trying to figure out what was spurring the trend but have only seen references to a "Red Dwarf" character...but that's not a recent pop culture phenomenon so this Disney explanation and the on-trend, zippy sound of it makes more sense to me.
