This delicate name combines 'rosa' (rose flower) with the diminutive ending '-lina,' creating a name that suggests refined beauty and sweetness. Particularly popular in Italian and Spanish-speaking regions, Roselina carries a melodic quality and old-world charm. While less common than simpler forms like Rose or Rosalie in English-speaking countries, it offers an elegant alternative for parents seeking something distinctive yet recognizable.
