About Kelce
Some have suggested that Kelce will be a big baby name in the coming year thanks to Taylor Swift's notable romance with NFL player Travis Kelce, and while it hasn't exactly leapt up the charts, it did nearly double in use for boys between 2022 and 2023, when it was used on 24 babies.

Despite fitting into the trendy last names as first names style and being visually similar to the rising Kayce, for some, Kelce might still be a little too close Millennial darling Kelsey to rise substantially. Of course, only time will tell.
The name itself derives from an English place and surname, meaning "Cenel's island", Cenel being an Old English name meaning "fierce" — something that might make it more appealing to some.
