I actually like this for a girl as well (even if it's a bit of a weird name). It sounds quite feminine to me.

Sounds more like too-LOSE than too-LOOSE in French, which is a good thing for English speakers.

I don't like this, but perhaps this is because I am French and just think too much of the place than the sound of the word.
