I love unique names and that's why I named my daughter this. I've always loved Tristan and Isolde. I prefer this spelling, though. Her twin brother is named Taryn, so we still have the T/I but without them being named as lovers, lol.

That's why I chose this spelling over Isolde!

I pronounce my daughter's name as iss-ult like h"is" without the h and "ult"imate

ThNk you? So it's just like Isolde?

It depends on where you are from. In German it is prnounced 'Ee-sold-uh', whereas the French prnounce it 'Ee-sold' without the final syallble.

How is this pronounced?

I absolutely love Iseult! can hardly believe that Isolde is getting more attention, when the first 5 letters are literally "is old"!

I prefer Iseult to Isolde.
