Fancy name that also This makes me think of that kid from The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, though it's not an extremely strong connection. (His name is spelt with a "U" and not an "o" though but still)

Edmund looks so much more attractive. Are the two names pronounced exactly the same way? My favourite Ed names are Edmund, Edward and Edwin, in that order. Not a fan of Edgar, although it's okay. I love the nickname Ed. I also like Edwina for girls. This group of names definitely seem to be gaining attention, and rising in popularity.

I think it is just such a classy name. It sounds sophisticated, but still has this friendly and down to earth feel. I prefer it to Edward and also Edmund.
