Moni

Borne by a character in the Disney film, Moana 2, Moni is possibly of Samoan origin, in which it means "true". Alternatively, it could be a short form of Vanimonimo, meaning "expanse of blue sky", or in the context of the film, a contraction of the island setting, Montunui, meaning "big island".
