Flourish

While it is a familiar choice in West African countries such as Nigeria and Cameroon, Flourish has only been given to a handful of American baby girls in recent years. As lively virtue names like Verity and Reverie continue to thrive, we'd love to see Flourish, erm, flourish here in the States as well.

Flourish is also given to boys.

Pronounced FLUR-ish.

As of October 2026, Flourish ranked #14056 for girls in US births in 2021 SSA, peaked at #12892 for girls in 2019.
