Xanthia

Xanthia gets this classic Greek name closer to the modern Cynthia, sometimes used as its Anglo equivalent.

That initial X makes even the oldest name feel modern. And using Xanthia as a middle name produces a perfect initial.

As of October 2026, Xanthia ranked #19450 in US births in 2011 SSA, peaked at #9093 in 1981.
