For some reason, I can't stand the z in this version. Lisbeth looks like an intriguing twist on Elizabeth to me, while Lizbeth looks like someone was too lazy to spell the name out. I have the exact opposite reaction to Elizabeth/Elisabeth, so I'm not even going to try and look for logic here.

Why is Lisbeth praised in multiple sentences while Lizbeth has one, short blunt description? You'd think they were too completely different names. What gives?!
