To me Coco is a nickname or a name for a pet ( please take no offence to anyone who likes or is called Coco) this is just my personal preference. But I do like Koko as a full name and not for a pet. I like the sound but the k instead of the c gives it an emphasis. I would seriously consider this for a little girls name, first name or middle name. I like the names Koko Gabriella or Hannah Koko
