How on earth is this a "definite bully victim" name?! I'm sorry but I completely disagree. It's an authentic sounding Welsh name with a lovely meaning (something I definitely look for), the nickname Dill is adorable for a toddler and a teen or adult could easily wear Wyn, and it makes a great alternative to the overused and over-popular Dylan, which has inexplicably made it's way on to the girls' side (something that personally I cannot stand, minus a small handful of names.
