It was in the Top 50 from the 1890s through the 1950s and the Top 100 for decades longer, always among the most popular boys' names starting with L, but Lawrence is now used less for babies than Landon or Lorenzo.

Lionel is one leonine name that hasn't taken off as cousins Leo and Leonardo have, though it did reenter the Top 1000 in 2010 after several years away; it was at its highest point in the 1920s and 1930s.

Logan started climbing in the mid-70s and shot up to the Top 5 in 2017. Now, Logan's popularity has settled back down to the Top 50 in the US and the Top 100 in other English-speaking countries.
