Stormur

A modern Icelandic word name and an update on an Old Norse nickname, Stormur is rugged, handsome, and windswept. First used in Iceland in the 1950s, it is an officially approved name that made the Top 100 in a recent year.

Icelandic strongman Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson named his son Stormur Magni in 2020.
