Nikole

Nikole is a feminine name that represents an alternative spelling of Nicole, which is the French feminine form of Nicholas, derived from Greek elements meaning "victory of the people." This variation with a 'k' instead of 'c' gives the traditional name a slightly more contemporary or Eastern European feel. The name became particularly popular in English-speaking countries during the 1970s-90s but has since declined in usage. Nikole maintains the sophistication and timeless quality of the original while offering a subtle distinction in writing. The name carries associations with strength and achievement through its victory-related etymology. This spelling variation might appeal to parents seeking a familiar name with a slightly unconventional twist.
