Kathani

Kathani is not a particularly popular name in India — where it is also a word, translating to "something spoken" or "statement" — but it was made famous by the Netflix series Bridgerton. Kathani "Kate" Sharma is the romantic lead of the show's second season and eventual Viscountess Bridgerton following her marriage with Anthony.

In Bridgerton, Anthony pronounces his wife's name with three syllables, however it is traditionally said more like KATH-nee or CUTH-nee.
