Ellani

Ellani is a contemporary feminine name with a melodic quality that has gained modest popularity in recent decades. While it doesn't have ancient historical roots, it appears to be a creative variation inspired by names like Ellie, Ella, and Lani. The Hawaiian element 'lani' means 'heaven' or 'sky,' giving the name a beautiful natural connotation. Ellani has a gentle, flowing sound with its soft consonants and vowel endings. Parents might choose this name for its unique quality while still maintaining familiar elements, making it distinctive yet accessible. The name carries a bright, positive feel with its celestial connections.

Pronounced eh-LAH-nee.
