Anayeli Origin and Meaning
The name Anayeli is a girl's name meaning "grace + I love you; grace + being, essence".
Anayeli may be considered a variation of the Zapotec name, Nayeli, combined with the classic and popular Ana, giving it the meanings "grace, I love you" or "I love (God's) grace". Other sources suggest it may come from the Nahuatl name, Yelitza, meaning "essence, being", again mixed with Ana.
While it never charted in the US, it has been a familiar choice since the 2000s, peaking in 2001 when it was given to nearly 200 girls. In 2024, it was given to just shy of 100 babies.
