we live in SC and my 2 kids names are pretty "southern" sounding.

Our last name "Bolt" is kind of hard to name with because 1. It can be a noun (lightning bolt) so some things sound strange 2. Any nature names sound super "hippie" ... River Bolt. Stone Bolt. Meadow Bolt. Fields Bolt. etc 

If we conceive baby #3, we wont be finding out the gender. So I have to come up with a couple of choices for a boy and a girl. I would love it to sound "right" with Mary Tyler and Davis. Not be too popular. and sound ok with "Bolt." Im also really into longer names with a short nickname or even an unconventional nickname. (ex: Magdalene and call her Maggie. Indigo and call him Indie. Remington and call him Remy, etc)
