Arabella Margaret is just perfect. It's truly a beautiful name and matches her elder sister the best. I know you have previously mentioned a bad association to the full initials but I think realistically the full initials will rarely if ever be used. In my experience if initials are used, it's only first and last name. I've personally never used my full initials. When choosing a name we tend to analyse and pick everything apart because we're making a big decision. But once the name is chosen, we often don't worry or even think about some of those things we were analysing before.

Rose seems to be a very common middle name for Arabella’s that I have met. There are a lot of Arabella’s in my area. I think Arabella Margaret matches your daughter’s and sounds gorgeous!

I would probably stick to a shorter middle name for Arabella, Pearl and Grace being my favorites from your list. Arabella Margaret is quite lovely too, and matches the feel of Caroline Elizabeth.

I like a single syllable middle with Arabella so voted for Rose although Arabella Pearl is equally as gorgeous.
