Is it pronounced Ever-deen or ee-vuh-deen?

I really like the look of it!

Where did you find the name? I'm Greek and I've never heard of anything like it, nor does it pop up when I look it up on Google (neither in Greek nor in English). You might be mixing it up with Evadne, which I really like.
The pronunciation is kind of confusing. I could see people saying ee-vad-ine, though if it is Greek the correct pronunciation would be eh-vah-dee-nee or eh-vah-deen. It's not a bad name, though the fact that she'd probably just go by Eva makes it sound less exciting to me. I like Evaline or even better Aveline more.

I've never seen the name before. I'd assume it was pronounced like everdeen, but saying it is greek makes me think uh-vah-Dee-nee. It reminds me of Evadne, another greek mythology name. I wonder if Evadine ie a form of Evadne?

    To answer all your questions,

I found the name on a name instagram account and I looked it up on google and it popped up on a few sites. They all said it was a greek mythology name. It's pronunciation is ever-deen. Also to the person who suggested Aveline, i love that name but my names is Adeline pronounced ad-uh-leen so it would be too similar.
