I like Keira best. I find Kate and Ella to be a bit bland as a sibset as opposed to charming. I like the spark Keira brings to the classic Ella while not being too out there. Both are beautiful.

I like Keira Rosalie or Keira Josephine the very best as possible combos.
Not so done having children after all. We're not ready for TTC quite yet but when we do get pregnant, the husband handed sole naming rights over to his name obsessed wife!

Between Keira and Kate, Kate is by far my favorite (both in general and as a little sister to Ella!). Personally, I find Catherine (or any other Kate name) much easier to pair up, but what about:

    Kate Eloise
    Kate Gabrielle/a
Kate Isabella (maybe too matchy with Ella's name, though?)
Kate Evangeline (too much LOST/Evangeline Lilly?)
    Kate Rebecca
    Kate Serafina

I think if you get something with the emphasis not on the first syllable it helps. Kate Isabella's probably my favorite, but I'm not sure about it with Ella.

    Good luck!

Though they are both beautiful, my name is Kate so I have to vote for that one She will always get compliments on her name and EVERYONE will know how to spell it (I speak from experience). Ella and Kate sound gorgous together as well. Let's see..

    Kate Matilda
    Kate Rebekah
    Kate Ophelia
    Kate Nicola/Nicole
    Kate Amelia
    Kate Juniper
    Kate Penelope
    Kate Anneliese-- this is mine
