    Marlowe on the boys?

I used to love Marlowe for a girl, but after going through the forum about the name I think it would work equally as well on a little boy, and I just adore the nickname 'Mars' for Marlowe.
So my question is, do you think Marlowe is a truly unisex name and can work for boys,
also, what do you think would be a dashing middle name for Marlowe?

For me Marlowe is all boy. I think of Christopher Marlowe and the fiction Philip Marlowe. Nothing feminine about them.

I much prefer it on a boy, but I probably wouldn't use it... I wouldn't want my son to have a unisex name for fear that I might think it's unisex when everyone else does not...

I've never even heard of Marlowe being used on a girl? I wouldn't even consider it a unisex name, but maybe I'm wrong.
