    My partner has an Aunt with this name and he says it to rhyme with Daisy. That's the most intuitive pronunciation IMO.

    Maisie, to me, is MAY-zee.
    I'd say any of the spellings with C as "MAY-see": Macy, Macie, Maci, Macey.
