    'Rom' names

I love the 'Rom' sound in names.
Romy is on my girls name list, and Romilly is a name I like the sound of too; Roman was on our boys list but it just didn't feel ideal.

Am just curious as to any 'Rom' names I'm missing- as interesting/rare as you like.
Just hoping for some new finds, really!

Romola! There's a British actress with this name, and I think it's fabulous.

Rosamund is a heavy but lovely name, imo!
Second vote for Romola (Google Romola Garai, she's great!)

For the boys, there has been some great suggestions. Romin is particularly suave.
Romer is a surname name I've heard used and liked. Roam is another boys' name, meaning (predictably) 'one who wanders'
Rommel/ Romel- Very unusual. I can kind of imagine this on a little boy now. Comes across as very serious though, for some reason..
Romney- Welsh for 'curving river'. I love this one!
mum to the lovely Harriet Katia (10) Beatrix Liv (6) and Cordelia Joyce (4) and Lionel Rafferty (1 whole year already)
