Futuristic Names

Everyone loves futuristic names, but no one wants their child to be teased or an outsider because it's a little crazy. You want your child's name to be bold and new and beautiful, but you don't want to name it something silly like Neon or Moonstar! Here are some futuristic names that I thought of. Feel free to comment or add, I might add it to the list.
  1. Briar
    • Origin:

      English
    • Meaning:

      "a thorny patch"
    • Description:

Fairy-tale memories of Sleeping Beauty inspire some parents—such as Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen—to call their daughters Briar Rose. But Briar plus a different middle name might work even better. It's one of the newly popular nature-word names, charting in the US for the first time in 2015 for both genders.
  2. Brinn
    • Blakesly
      • Cannon
        • Origin:

          Word name
        • Description:

Cannon sits amongst other weapon names like Colt, Pistol, Lance, and Remington. Definitely a name that offers bombast.
      • Canen

            • Origin:

              English

          • Imogen
            • Innia
              • Meredith
                • Origin:

                  Welsh
                • Meaning:

                  "great chief"
                • Description:

Meredith has been considered primarily a girl's name since the fifties, before which it was more commonly used for boys. Comic actor Jay Mohr recently named his son Meredith, which might help it swing back into the blue column. The traditional Welsh pronunciation puts the stress on the middle syllable, making Red a cool nickname possibility.
              • Montgomery
                • Origin:

                  Norman

                  "man power"
                • Description:

This image of this distinguished Anglo-Scottish surname, drawn from the French place name of the ancient castle of Saint Foi de Montgomery, is rapidly shifting from fusty and formal to cool. And dashing short form Monty (or Monte) nudges it to cute.
              • Malyna/Malene
                • Sunday
                  • Origin:

                    Day name, English from Latin
                  • Meaning:

                    "day of the Sun"
                  • Description:

Sunday is among the most usable of the day names, with its sunny opening syllable, initially made famous when Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban chose it for their daughter. Although it had been widely written that Kidman and Urban named their baby after art patron Sunday Reed, Kidman was quoted saying that was a myth, they just liked the name.
