Girls names

Having trouble picking a name. I have 3 boys: Angus, Hamish & Liam Have always loved the name Grace but have recently found the name Aileana which I would pronounce Ai-le-ana. Ai-le for short. It has the same meaning as Aileen which is my deceased nanas name and also my mums middle name. My hubby would like to include his deceased nans name which is Gloria. Is Aileana too tricky to pronounce? Will she have a lifetime of frustration like me with my name being Talia? (Which I like tremendously). Hmmmm
