Aven - Boy or Girl name?

    Hi everyone,

I came across the name Aven (for a boy). I quite like it and can't seem to get my mind off of it BUT whenever I search it online it always comes back as a girl name! It doesn't sound girly to me at all. This bothers me as I don't want to maybe use the name and then down the road have comments that it's a girl name.
I wanted to know what others thought of the name.

Does it sound masculine, feminine or both?

I voted all girl, I'm afraid. While I think it could be used for a boy, I have always considered it a girl's name. Matthew Settle (Gossip Girl) named his baby girl Aven Angelica, if I remember correctly.

I would probably assume girl, but I don't think it would be bad on a boy.
