MEE-la, but I wouldn't think it was that big of a deal if someone told me they pronounced their name MY-la.

One of my favorites and I'm with you on the MY-la prn because of the actress Mila Kunis, whose name always gets said this way on TV (I don't know how she actually says it herself).

I do think you'd get Mee-la pretty often. The Myla spelling solves this, but I also prefer the spelling Mila.

I think with Lila prn Lyla getting more popular, the prn My-la will get more popular too to some extent.
