We have a Teddy and just found out we're having a girl. She is likely going to be a Clara. Good luck with your search!

Hello! You have two wonderfully-named kids. The first thing that jumps out to me about Teddy and Jack is that they are both nicknames for classics. Jack is clearly masculine, while Teddy leans somewhat unisex but trends masculine. They both feel friendly and approachable. I've been thinking of girls' names that fits along those parameters, but any short and complete choice is likely to serve you well. I love the ideas of Lucy, Sadie, Kate, Molly, Elsie, Maisie, and Ivy.

Tessa: A bit like Emma and Ella, but with a more complex sound.
Lena: Reminds me of Isla and Lydia
    Georgia
    Mae/May
    Libby
    Elise/Eliza
    Millie/Tilly
    Leah
    Esme
    Clio
    Aine (she/her)

Esme Leocadia Lark *Kerensa Bloom * Juno Viveca * Vienna Soleil * Lyra Marisol * Junia Bellamy * Vega Sabine * Noor Leocadia * Bronte Olympia * Sarai Nicola * Anouk Theodosia * Geneva Lilias * Gaia Rosamund

Your kids have very sweet names I absolutely love them. For your daughter I'd suggest:

    Nora
    Ella
    Grace
    Eliza
    Louisa
    Victoria
    Isabel
    Amelia
    Clara
    June
    Sadie
    Lilly
Frances (I think Franny would be so quirky-cute with your other kids' names)
    Phoebe
    Rose
    Georgia
    Willa
    Daisy
    Chloe

Although you did say you didn't want too much of the M sound, I did think of a few M names that would be adorable, if you chose to lean into that. I was thinking:
    May
    Maisie/Maisy
    Maeve
    Madeline
