    Sibling for Rosa?

What would you name a brother and sister to Rosa? Multiple sisters or brothers? Since Rosa is the international/Spanish variation of classic Rose, and a name with a long history, which of these aspects would you use in deciding a sibling name? In other words; would you pick another international name, (baby would be half Hispanic) another “old lady” name, or something that seems to stand the test of time (although Rose is such an overly-used middle name, it STILL doesn’t go out of style, at least in my opinion!). Here are some sister names I have thought about. My taste is all over the place!

    Rosa & Shirley
    Rosa & Maisie
    Rosa & Lucy (too popular?)
    Rosa & Frances
    Rosa & June or Juno
    Rosa & Mabel

All opinions & suggestions welcome! Thanks

Mabel Amelia, Eva Lavender, Belle Addison Jean, Rosa Genevieve, Hadley Matilda, Lilabet Maisie, Selene Tigerlily

Maisie & Rosa are my favorite from your list

Being that Rosa is both old lady & caters to the hispanic heritage, you could potentially do the same with future siblings

This is what I could come up with

    Rosa & _________:

    Flora
    Camille "Mila"
    Beatriz
    Eleanora "Nora" "Ellie"
    Marisol "Mari"
    Esmeralda "Esme"
    Mercedes "Sadie"
    Jorgina "Gia"
    Jacinda "Jacey" "Cindy" "Indie"
    Ilsa
    Ines
    Josefina "Josie"
    Lenore
    Lula
    Lumina "Lumi"
    Lorena
    Lucinda "Lucy" "Cindy" "Indie"
    Thalia
    Silvia "Silvie"
    Serafina
    Tilda
    Vida
    Isidora

    Lorenzo "Enzo"
    Dante
    Diego
    Santiago/Thiago
    Rafael
    Joaquin
    Fransisco
    Matteo/Mattias
    Marco/Marcel
    Pascal
    Leonard "Leo"
    Ernest
    Stefan
    Hugo
    Ezekiel "Zeke"
    Israel
    Teo

How about Lucia instead of Lucy? Less popular and more a nod to bub's Hispanic heritage. I like Mabel from your list too.

    For a boy, some suggestions:

    Vincent
    Victor
    Dominic
    Fredrico

@wilkie8709 thanks for all the ideas!
I like Esmeralda (I love Esme) and reminds me of Esperanza which I also love, but I feel slightly less thrilled about another name ending in -a, it isn’t really a big deal, but it does bother me just a little bit. With that being said, I like Ilsa, Lumina nn Lumi and Serafina, these are gorgeous names!
Santiago and Thiago are already major contenders; he would be a 3rd I have always loved Joaquin, Francisco and Mateo, and am intrigued by the suggestion of simply Teo. I think that would be a short, cute complement to Rosa.

@bonhomieconsomie Lucia would be one of those *perfect* contenders if it didn’t also end in -A like Rosa. I won’t leave it off my list though.
I have always deeply loved Vincent but DH says no. I wonder if he would go for Victor instead...

I am absolutely tickled to see Shirley here. I would never have thought to suggest it, but I think it's a lovely unexpected choice! And ready for a revival.

Rosa and Shirley sound perfect and I really want you to have this excellent little daughter duo

If not Shirley I think Juno and Mabel are great. Or Juliet, Adeline or Opal.

I’m a little biased but I think that Estelle/Estella works great! Juliana, Magdalena, and Amelia/Emilia also work if you don’t mind going a little more popular.
    For boys I like Nico
Elliott Stan - Rafferty Alexander - Estelle Susannah - Rosalie Arden
    Nathaniel - Malachi - Xavier - Cyrus - Damian - Oscar - Magnus
    Lucille - Delilah - Josephine - Cassandra - Gwen - Zinnia - Vivian

    Simone
    Esme
    Ingrid
    Colette

    Stephan

I would go with another international Latin name. Rosa is beautiful and sounds fresh in my opinion.

    Rosa & Antonia
    Rosa & Luisa
    Rosa & Alicia
    Rosa & Julia

    For Boys:
    Rosa & Marcos
    Rosa & Matteo
    Rosa & Lorenzo or "Enzo"
    Rosa & Carlos
