    Your favorite girl names!

Hi berries! I’m a momma of three with #4 on the way.
    1- Levi Gray
    2- Miles Carter
    3- Eloise Harlow

Im expecting another girl... I could have twenty boys and be able to name them all easily- but girls- I feel like I don’t “love” any girl names! Here are some I kind of like... Willa, Lacey, Blaire, Felicity, Delilah, Luella, Mallory and Sheridan

I want all my children to have different 1st initials (this is the only reason we’re not using Lacey.)
I like feminine/girly/simple/kind of unique names- not too old fashioned, long, or complicated. I’d prefer a more modern name but I am open to anything at this point.
Edit- My last name begins with a P and is kind of unique, so names that are way too unique unfortunately sound like a character name.

    Here are my questions.

What are your opinions of The names above?
What are your favorite names in general?
Do you know any similar names?

Give me all your favorites/guilty pleasure names/ or anything you think I might like.

Thank you! I just really want to love my babies name!

I love Felicity, Delilah and Mallory! They feel modern and trendy in the good way, plus energetic and friendly like your other kids' names.
I wouldn't use Willa and Sheridan. Willa because Ellie and Willa are too similar, and Eloise might go by Ellie at some point. Sheridan because it seems more like a boy's name to me, and her sister's name (Eloise) is quite feminine. Blair is fine, just lacks the friendly feel the other names give me.

Thank you so much! Love these names, definitely going to run some of them by my husband. You listed the name Harlow, I absolutely LOVED this name but DH said it sounds like a boys name:-|

    Hi there.

Your kids' names are very nice. You did a fantastic job w/your other little girl. Eloise is adorable.

Here are my thoughts on your list:

Willa-I don't love this, but I like it. It goes well w/your crew. It's kind of old fashioned & a little quirky, but smart & down to earth. I don't like the nn 'Willie' at all, which could be somewhat difficult to avoid.

Lacey-This is not my personal favorite, but I can see the appeal. It has sort of a sweet flow-y sound. I understand why you'd want everyone to have different initials, but if this is the only one you really love I'd go for it anyway. More important to love the name than have it fit w/your other kids'.

Blaire-This is okay. It doesn't sparkle for me, but it's not bad. I think the 'e' looks off though. Blair seems more polished.

Felicity-This is beautiful. Sort of sassy & girly, but also kind & homey.

Delilah-I'm not a fan of this one. It's kind of popular in my area, so I'm a bit sick of it & it seems sort of snooty.

Luella-So cute! I've recently fallen for this name. It's just charming & fun to say.

Mallory-I used this name for one of my favorite dolls when I was a kid, so I kind of like it for that reason! It's different w/out being too out there.

Sheridan-I'm not a huge fan of this. It reminds me of the hotels w/the same name.

Here are some names that maybe fit your style:

    Adelie

    Adele

    Bridget

    Claire

    Daisy

    Daphne

    Gemma

    Haley

    Natalie

    Phoebe

    Romilly

    Sadie

    Scarlet

    Tallula

    Tessa

And here are my favorite girl names: (this is hard, because I also find boy names way easier.)

    Guinevere

Gerty-only as a nn, but I don't love any full names for it. : /

    Eleanor nn Nellie

    Amelia nn Mia (my cat!)

    Fiona (my dog!)

And still like a lot, but maybe not as in love with:

    Clemenetine

    Lilia/Lili

    Miriam

Livy-I like Olivia & Olive but not enough, & Livy is too nick-namey...

    Ruth nn Ruthie

    Stella...or maybe Estella

    Hope this helps.

Favorite girls: Guinevere, Daisy, Clementine, Greta, Eleanor, Adeline, Felicity

Favorite boys: Colm, Ewan, Julian, Shiloh, Nolan

Glad you like some of my suggestions! Just wanted to mention that there's Harley if your husband finds Harlow too masculine. Or Marlowe!

Looking at your children's names, and your shortlist for baby #4, you seem quite drawn to names with 'L' in them.

The name that came immediately to mind for you is Romilly. It fits your criteria perfectly, works wonderfully with Levi, Miles and Eloise and has some great potential nicknames. I think Romilly Blaire would be a great pick for you.

    Good luck!
